“KENCO” Brand Micro Mist Oil Lubrication system is specially designed for lubricating machine tools like a spindle, slides, gear drives, chain drives, journal bearings etc. The Micro Mist is generated in the mist generating unit of the equipment fitted with an oil reservoir of various capacities. The generated mist is carried through various elements like pipelines, distributors, manifolds etc. At the point of the application, the reclassifies which are fitted are supplying converting mist into the oil form continuously on the elements requiring lubrication. The mist generation and the carrying of the mist are done by the compressed air which is being connected as an inlet supply to the filter unit. This air acts as a conveyor of the oil particles, which are floating and also acts as a cooling media for the heat which is generated in the high-speed bearing or gears etc.
